By accessing or using Wetin ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business owners who access or use Wetin.

2. Description of Service

Wetin is a local business directory platform for Nigeria. We provide tools for businesses to list their services and for consumers to discover local businesses. Wetin acts as a platform only and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the listed businesses.

3. Business Listings

By submitting a business listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business
• All information provided is accurate and up-to-date
• The business is legitimate and legally operating
• You will keep your listing information current
• You will not submit duplicate or fake listings

Wetin reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.

4. User Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. You may not submit reviews for businesses you own, manage, or have a financial interest in. Wetin reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post or submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes any intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains spam or unsolicited advertising
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Wetin platform, including its design, logo, and content created by us, is owned by Wetin and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Wetin a licence to display and distribute it on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wetin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with listed businesses, or reliance on information provided in listings or reviews. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Wetin after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
